We are not liable for AI-generated content. Replysight AI provides tools to assist with response drafting, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of any generated reply for your specific situation.
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of content they create. Any replies you generate, edit, and publish remain your intellectual property. We do not claim rights over your generated responses.
Free Plan Limits
The free plan is limited to 10 replies per month. Once this limit is reached, you will need to wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a paid plan to continue generating replies.
Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. This includes but is not limited to: generating harmful, illegal, or spam content; attempting to circumvent usage limits; or using the service in a way that violates these terms.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed by a certified payment processor. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refund requests are handled according to the payment processor's policies and applicable laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
